Cool.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beat &lt;strong&gt;eggs&lt;/strong&gt;. Add &lt;strong&gt;sugar&lt;/strong&gt;, evaporated &lt;strong&gt;milk &lt;/strong&gt;and &lt;strong&gt;vanilla&lt;/strong&gt;. Pour mixture into mold. Place mold in a shallower pan. Fill outer pan with &lt;strong&gt;hot water &lt;/strong&gt;to halfway up the mold. Put into a 300 degree oven for about an hour. Cool in refrigerator. Thanks so much for sharing!)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This one's for you, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pork shoulder roast (or ham, or any roast with a lot of skin on it)&lt;br /&gt;salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;peppercorns to taste&lt;br /&gt;2 onions, chopped&lt;br /&gt;5 cloves of garlic, crushed&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boil &lt;strong&gt;pork roast &lt;/strong&gt;along with the rest of the ingredients until tender. Drain. Wrap with &lt;strong&gt;foil&lt;/strong&gt;. Freeze overnight or longer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat turbo broiler at highest temperature setting for at least 25 minutes. Broil frozen pork roast until skin is crispy. Add minced &lt;strong&gt;garlic&lt;/strong&gt; and cook just before it browns. Add lean &lt;strong&gt;ground beef&lt;/strong&gt; and brown, making sure to break down the big clumps of meat. Drain excess oil.
